Ladies guild is a group of mature ladies who meet on the first Thursday of the month in the church lounge. We have a great bond of love and friendship between us, but greater still is the love we have for God.Our aims are: to be witnesses for Him both in our church and town; to encourage and help younger members of our congregation in their walk with God; to keep ourselves au fait with the current church teaching and to still work for God depending on our physical wellbeing.When we meet we sing our old favourite hymns, we pray for all sections of the church and community as well as our friends and families. We have interesting speakers from all walks of life, demonstrations, flower arranging, quizzes, days out and visits. We celebrate special birthdays and help at any events through the year.
